Easy peasy! First off you need to fly to Calgary (YYC), Alberta. Then it’s just an hour and a half drive West on the Trans-Canada Highway to Banff. If you don’t want to rent a car, we recommend Mountain Park Transportation, Banff Airporter or Brewster Transportation.

We don’t have a front desk at The Dorothy Motel. Please check in at Hotel Canoe & Suites at 600 Banff Ave, where their team will be happy to assist you.

Indeed we do! We have outdoor parking available on site, but parking spaces aren’t allocated. This means that it’s first come, first serve and on busy weekends, public holidays and during Summer, we highly recommend leaving your car and walking, cycling or taking a Roam Transit to travel around town.

There are some incredible locations in town we can recommend, but breakfast at the Keg Steakhouse in the Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa is delicious and close-by! We also recommend Sudden Sally Restaurant at Hotel Canoe & Suites just across Banff Avenue.
